George Addison is a delivery man that has been working for The Bread Factory for nearly 20 years.
I met him while working at Kings Cross Real Food market and shortly afterwards we became friends. Since then I realised that he is a remarkable individual with a very interesting and unusual job.
Fergus Thomas and I both decided to film a normal morning for George. However, the film had to be abandoned after the first night of shooting, due to George's health.
